The clinical work ends at 5. The charting doesn't.
The average BCBA spends 10–15 hours a week on documentation that isn't billable. Notes get written on evenings and weekends. Authorization paperwork piles up. Compliance dashboards go red. By month three, the best clinicians are burned out — not from the kids, from the charting.

09 — Honest answers
There isn't one. The paid SessionABA platform — used by clinics for the full clinical workflow — funds the free ecosystem. We believe the ABA field needs better training, better tools for solo clinicians, and better resources for parents. We'd rather build those and give them away than watch the standard of care drift further. If the free tools lead some clinics to eventually adopt the paid platform, great. If they don't, we still did the right thing.
